From there, we move into design development, detailed planning, selections, sourcing, and coordination with trusted trade partners and vendors. For new construction and remodels, we also prepare a robust production document package for the builder or contractor to help communicate the design details clearly and keep the project moving smoothly.For furnishing projects, we manage procurement and installation, styling each space with intention down to the final details. The result is a refined, welcoming home that feels thoughtfully designed and effortlessly complete.

Furnishing projects often take several months from design development to installation, while new construction and remodels typically align with the builder’s construction schedule. During our initial conversations, we’ll talk through your project timeline, key milestones, and any time-sensitive needs so we can set realistic expectations from the start.
Yes, full-service furnishing is a white glove, turnkey service offering where we provide comprehensive design and project management services through all phases of your project, from design concepts, complete furniture plans, ordering, tracking, and fulfillment of all products, receiving and warehousing, to final installation and styling. This service can stand alone or it can be perfectly paired with new construction or remodel projects, with every detail guided from first idea to final reveal.
